Gemini - Chilton Trinity School 1977

It's amazing what you come across!  I recently read that a local gentlemen was giving away some old records dating from the 1930's.  I phoned him and asked if I could come and have a look.  I eagerly gathered some of my records as I thought he might be interested.  He welcomed me into his home and sure enough, he had a stack of old records, not the type I had expected though.  These were vinyl LP's and I had assumed they were to be documents.  None the less, I was very pleased when he handed me an LP that has local history and names attached to it.  Hope this brings back some fond memories for some local people.

The cover of the LP is slightly warped but the LP's themselves are unscrathed.  I will see if I can find a way to transfer the music into digital format.

I know some of these people and am looking forward to their reaction!

The original album is now for sale on Ebay.

  1. Ursula, if you are able to digitise the records I would love a copy. I was in the show and have very fond memories of it. I also got to perform in it a couple of years later at the invitation of the MD, Carol Kenway. It is a shame my father is no longer with us as getting had the equipment to digitise records. I wish you success.

    Kind regards,
    Sue Wand (nee Camp)

    1. Hi Sue,

Sorry for the late reply, I am currently looking at options to have this digitised. I'll let you know as soon as I have found a suitable solution.

      Kind regards,
      Ursula.
